One day little Jenny decided she wanted to think outside the game boundaries,
she thought why should i make nectar with just the fruit? why not vegetables as well?
so she worked with the nectar machine and wrote her notes down then finally she found the answer,
what if i trick the machine into thinking vegetables are in fact fruit?
so with hard work and dedication she slowly changed the coding in the ingredient of the machines files
to her surprise it worked.



She then started trying new recipe's, Garlic, Cucumber and Steak... blaach pooey yuck,
maybe orange and cucumber?  that sounds a little better.



but there it was right in front of her eyes,
and all that is left now is to get it out to all her simmy friends.



Presenting to you the ability to allow vegetables and meats into the nectar machine.

Also presenting with BlackCat007's permission the CookingAndIngredientsOverhaul
also with the ability to allow vegetables and meats into the nectar machine as with all fruits,
and the ability to have all cooking skill as soon as you can cook.

The packages and what they do,
Note: only use one or they will clash

Important: If you have the original Cooking And Ingredients Overhaul
or any other file that uses the Ingredient file? these will conflict and you will need to delete those old files.

Fruit&VeggieNectar. Allows all fruits and Veggies into the nectar machine.

Meat&Fruit&VeggieNectar. Allows all fruits, Veggies and meats into the nectar machine.

IngredientsOverhaulFruitVeggies. Allows all fruits, Veggies and Meats into the nectar machine
with BlackCat007's original Ingredients Overhaul

IngredientsOverhaulFruitVeggies&skill. Allows all fruits, Veggies and Meats into the nectar machine
with BlackCat007's original Ingredients Overhaul
also comes with a bonus of allowing you to have all cooking recipe's as soon as you can cook,
you do not have to wait to learn them, you now know them all.

Each file will allow you to have the want to do new recipes in the nectar machine with new names when created,
you have the ability to change those name as well.

The only two Ingredients i was not able to add were the cheese and potato, i am not sure why they would not work?

I have to say, Fire, this looks very interesting. It reminds me of some of the smoothies one of my daughters has experimented with. I'm just imagining link, cheese, and tomato nectar!

when you get to level 10 and your nectar gets special effects when using flame or life fruit, does that mean garlic can give you garlic breath? it would bee cool if you could do that.
and is there any other nectar ingerdients that do special things?

I do not think they added those animations to any other vegatables at hand?
then again i have never seen any of the special affects so who knows?

if you have a sim @ level 10 and they make flame fruit or life fruit nectar they get the special effects of the fruit. so if your nectar has only one life fruit in it whoever drinks it will get a good moodlet and 1 extra day to live. flame fruit, same but only a good moodlet. i wonder if you could find the files that control that

if edited ambrosia would still needto be lvl 10, but instead its with nectar making. or just have deathfish, what effect could that do, hahaha

Hello Iris! If this doesn't work for Ambitions would you please let us know? Fire has had to take some time away from TS3 due to a family emergency and he doesn't know when he'll be able to come back.

Sure Regina.  Hopefully all is well with Fire and his family.

I will be testing it out later this afternoon, weather permitting.  Most likely I'll either try out the Fruits & Veggies one or the one with Blackcat's Ingredients Overhaul.  I should report back by next Friday night, sooner if I don't get caught up in Forever Knight all week .

That would be great, Iris! Yes, things are getting better for Fire but he's still got a rough patch to get through. I'm hoping at some point he'll feel like getting back to creating.

If I remember corectly the formula requirs a minimum of 4/10 of that  fruit for the drink to get the fruits effects

Okay, it does need an update.  When I put it in my Ambitions packages folder, the veggies could not be turned into juice.  Also, my sim's main motive bar (elated - miserable bar) turned really really dark as did the color panels behind their heads .  I am using other mods, but I've never seen that before.  It was a little strange, but no harm done.  I removed the mod and they were their happy, weird selves lol.

I have been playing the game as in getting a feel for it, i need to update all of my tools and get back into the hang of editing so give me a few and i will see what i can do to correct the files?
